Education consultant

Dr. Feghali—education consultant

I’ve always been passionate about unlocking potential—whether in a classroom, a boardroom, or a startup incubator. As an educator, my mission was never just to teach; it was to inspire action, challenge conventional thinking, and equip people with the tools to succeed.

That same drive led me beyond traditional education into coaching, mentorship, and business strategy. Today, I take that experience and apply it to helping entrepreneurs, professionals, and businesses grow. My approach is hands-on, practical, and built on real-world insights. Because at the end of the day, success isn’t about what you know—it’s about how you use it.

Dr. Feghali is an education consultant and business coach with 35+ years of experience in education, technology, and entrepreneurship. He has designed strategies and roadmaps and implemented for-profit and non-profit projects in the education sector catering to K-12, higher education, and professional development.

Tony spent over 20 years in higher education at the American University of Beirut, teaching, conducting research, and serving the community. He founded the entrepreneurship initiative at the Suliman S. Olayan School of Business, introduced entrepreneurship to the university culture, and co-directed the Darwazah Center for Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship.

With an entrepreneurship theme, his career is at the intersection of technology, education, and business. Tony launched several initiatives, projects, and ed-tech startups and continues to serve on company boards.
