Exploring Faller Archetypes and cultivating cohesive teams

This workshop helps teams understand and handle failing, the fear of failure, and falling. Using an evidence-based methodology, we look at the personal background of team members and how they react to falling, individually and collectively. In the end, organizations will gain clarity on how to configure better teams for optimal output and the best working environments.

About the workshop

  • Each participant will take the Quiz to identify their specific archetype. Subsequently, we will provide a comprehensive explanation of each archetype. We will explore failing, the fear of failure, and the courage to fall.

  • More into the psychology behind the archetypes’ behaviors. How do individuals navigate and cope with the experience of falling, delving into unique coping styles, and how they manifest within each archetype? Participants will gain insights into their behavioral tendencies to understand how to navigate falls more effectively.

  • We introduce strategies for optimizing one's response to falls. We provide a comprehensive understanding on how to effectively deal with falls, and provide diverse examples and tips on how to customize the proposed strategies to align with the various archetypes.

  • Explore the fluid nature of archetypal behaviors, acknowledging that individuals aren't confined to fixed patterns. We explore factors that influence this fluidity and emphasize the significance of cultivating a versatile identity. We conclude with some actionable strategies to achieve such adaptability.

  • We examine how organizations leverage faller archetypes in crafting high-performing teams for organizational success. We explain the blueprint for effective team building. Subsequently, we introduce a conceptual framework designed to foster the development of robust teams, concluding with practical examples of well-balanced teams based on the faller archetypes.
