  • Taking all the previous four modules, you'll gain clarity on moving forward and devising a list of tactics and an action plan to strive for during a given time period that you choose. Get ready to move forward with confidence. (1-2 hrs)

  • You’ll explore the growing role of AI in consulting and why it’s crucial to understand how to live with and use it. We’ll focus on how critical thinking is still "critical" in a consultant's life. This module will empower you to use AI as a tool, while reinforcing the irreplaceable value of human intelligence in driving successful consulting outcomes. (1-2 hrs)

Modules

Mode of delivery and timeline

This workshop is instructor-led, ensuring a highly interactive and personalized learning experience. It will last one day (six modules taking one hour each) or two days if we give each module two hours to complete. With a cap of 20 participants per workshop, we ensure that each consultant receives ample attention and can engage fully in discussions and activities.

What you will receive

At the end of the workshop, participants will receive credentials to access a dedicated course hub for all current and subsequent resources related to the workshop. Whether it's revisiting key concepts or exploring additional resources, the course hub is designed to support your continued growth long after the workshop concludes.
