Lately, I’ve been appreciating the quiet satisfaction of seeing things take shape. Ideas that lived for a while in notebooks and conversations are starting to find form. Some as spaces, some as courses, some as conversations that keep opening new doors.

With everything happening around us, especially across the Middle East, I find it even more necessary to stay anchored to my North Star. To what I hold onto and believe is true. No matter what. At the same time, my work continues, my conversations deepen, and ideas slowly keep taking shape. I wonder how your life has been going, and whether you are anchored to your North Star.

In the middle of everything happening across the Middle East, I do what I can, where I am, with what I have control over. My coaching continues. Podcast conversations grow deeper. Preparations for new offerings are my way of escaping the instant-by-instant news feed. Work makes me feel useful. In times of uncertainty, feeling useful is good.

I meet many people stuck in decisions or the lack of them. Some include business moves, others describe personal crossroads. The details are different, but the feeling is always the same: tension, hesitation, circling, overthinking, then silence. Most decisions are made under emotional pressure, urgency, doubt, instinct, and the noise that comes with being human.

It's a new year! Some of us have already planned for it, some are doing the planning now, and for those who would rather keep floating, all the best.

A new year means new possibilities, fresh energy, and the perfect chance to level up. It’s not just about setting resolutions—it’s about taking real action, embracing change, and building momentum for success. This year, let’s challenge ourselves to think bigger, push further, and realize our ambitions.

This year wasn’t about giant leaps or overnight success but the steady, deliberate daily growth of 1%. Whether it was showing up, learning something new, or pushing a boundary just slightly, the cumulative power of small, consistent actions defined my 2024.

It has been a busy month. When all was falling apart around us, I escaped by working. I was lucky to be able to do just that.
