Tuesdays with Tony: Lessons from the road [December 3, 2025, Issue 21]
This monthโs newsletter is landing on a Wednesday. Thanks for taking the time to read.
Pope Leo, 100,000+ people, and me
Yesterday was a reflective and joyful pause for many Lebanese. I celebrated Mass with thousands of people on Beirut's waterfront, led by Pope Leo IX. Peace was central. Love took center stage.
This beautiful family allowed me to take their picture.
They were happy to give my Fujifilm XE1 lens a shot.
๐ธ๐ฆ ๐ณ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐น ๐ซ๐ท On-the-road November
November was energizing. I spent it in Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, Italy, and France.
In Riyadh, I continue to support Growth Partner in their Learning and Development plans and activities. I also enjoy working with enthusiastic professionals to build corporate culture, especially in fast-growing companies.
I learned that culture-building is a science as much as an art.
I continue to assist the Numou Education Center in Al Khobar in building partnerships to support its mission. Visits in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Milan focused on deepening the network between Numou and its counterpart makerspaces, fabrication labs, craftsmen, and design studios.
I learned that soiled and hard hands can be guided by the most courageous souls and warm hearts.
Steadfast Sella
I'm blessed to work with exceptional individuals. Sella's demeanor, discipline, and attention to the multitude of tasks we deliver keep me in check. Working with her is pure joy. Calm, composed, and refreshing. With her on the team, Iโm twice as productive.
From Tonyโs Little Big Book of Quotes , with 83 reflections, I put together. Some borrowed, but mainly from this wordsmith. Download it here.
