Tuesdays with Tony: Starting 2026 with a positive outlook [January 6, 2026, Issue 22]

It's a new year! Some of us have already planned for it, some are doing the planning now, and for those who would rather keep floating, all the best.

I like to plan. I disclose some of it and keep some close to my chest. They say it's better to let the energy go into doing rather than telling what we are going to do. I try to strike a balance.

One of my goals is to grow this newsletter by providing content that would benefit you.

What you should expect as a subscribe

If you're building something, changing something, or trying to make sense of the gap between where you are and where you want to be, I'll address that in many ways. If you've fallen, gotten back up, or are in the process of doing so, there's plenty of content to support that.

This year, expect podcast episodes, tools, courses, maker spaces, innovation, and creative stories. Expect to be inspired, challenged, and entertained.

A big thank you to many

To the people I serve, thank you for showing up with honesty and challenge. In particular, for every person I coach, for Ibrahim and his team at Growth Partner, for Ashraf and his team at Numou Education Center, and for everyone with whom I interacted and put spice into my life.

And to the team who makes work feel so enjoyable:

Sella, for keeping me in check and delivering quality work on time.
Scarlet, for bringing design magic to our work.
Clara, for taking on a new project with me.
Alia, for everything selling, positioning, and building real value online.

On coaching, consulting, and training

The Courage to Fall took flight

I launched The Courage to Fall, a framework, podcast, and toolkit for navigating setbacks, how we fall, and how we rise again.

  • The framework helps people recognize the emotional stages of falling and rising again.

  • I improved the assessment tool; made it clearer, sharper, and more useful.

  • I launched the podcast, grounded in real stories and honest reflections.  Listen to it here.

Niche services, real support

I introduced a set of services to help professionals show up online. These services are only offered to a handful of individuals where my intervention would significantly impact on their work.

  • LinkedIn articles that sound like you

  • Mini Brandbook for clarity

  • Mini websites that get to the point

  • Newsletters that actually get written

For more information, check this out.

My internal stack

If you run something similar to what I am doing as a creator, here's the tech stack that I use:

  • Riverside for recording and editing podcasts

  • Kit for sending newsletters that feel personal

  • Squarespace for building clean, focused websites

  • LearnWorlds to start shaping our upcoming course content

  • TidyCal for scheduling with ease

  • DoctorTee (yes, my AI twin) to think, draft, and iterate faster

  • Google Workspace to keep everything organized

  • Canva for visuals that move fast and stay on-brand

  • Grammarly for polishing text and catching what the eye misses

And for the ones who like my creative stories

A few weeks ago, I began writing 99-word stories, inspired by ... book. More to come this year. Check some here [Read a 99-word story here]

From Tony’s Little Big Book of Quotes , with 83 reflections, I put together. Some borrowed, but mainly from this wordsmith. Download it here.
